It’s one thing thinking that a 2-tonne mammal chewing plants, digesting them, and expressing them through its udder – all to make butter – is a bit weird… but it’s another thing proving it. So we brought in Susan, an expert in such matters, and asked her to weigh in on it, with a very simple question. Is cow butter a bit weird?
